I spent years managing complex enterprise projects—PMBOK-aligned planning, cost estimation, stakeholder coordination. The structure came naturally. But I kept seeing the same gap: talented people who couldn’t represent their own capabilities to employers.
So I built LaunchPath Careers. Not as another job board, but as a system that helps people move from uncertainty to clear, actionable positioning. The platform combines guided career discovery with AI-assisted content generation to improve candidate discoverability and differentiation in competitive hiring environments.
That’s what UFO Chaser™ LLC is about: practical tools that help people move forward.
As a Prosci-certified change practitioner and a certified member of the Project Management Institute® Northern Utah chapter, I integrate established project management practices with rapid product iteration informed by real user behavior. I also bring experience in curriculum development, training delivery, and large-scale systems implementation—translating complex processes into tools and experiences that are practical for end users.
